At SOL&SKIN, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your skincare products reach you safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery may take longer due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, remote delivery locations or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We are currently offering free nationwide shipping during our launch sale.

Once the launch offer ends, a standard delivery charge of PKR 250 may apply to orders across Pakistan. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available to receive the parcel. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may contact you to arrange another attempt according to its delivery policy.
